The condo allows visitors total privacy if that's what they prefer. I am available to my guests 24/7 but I tend to stay in the background unless sought out.
Neighborhood overview
Homes in this neighborhood were built in the Pueblo Revival style dating back to the early 1800's. The trees are older and taller than in other areas of Santa Fe, blessing the neighborhood with much coveted shade. Our street borders on the historic Acequia Madre -- or Mother Ditch -- a unique and beautiful stream which winds through town. And, lastly, Canyon Road, an international destination for art, has over a hundred galleries and studios exhibiting Native American art and antiquities, traditional and modern Hispanic art, regional Contemporary art, international folk art and international contemporary art.
Getting around
Walking distance from the house is a wonderful cafe and restaurant called The Tea House and a well shaded, grassy park which borders on the Santa Fe River -- Patrick Smith Park. El Farol, a Santa Fe institution, has live music most nights and many of our guests love sitting out on rooftop patio in the evening, enjoying a drink while watching people come and go at Patrick Smith Park.
